This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tool Pusher (3 years minimum) to work for one of the leading onshore drilling companies in the world. Additionally, you must have a valid well control certificate to supervisory level (Such as IWCF or IADC or equivalent). A valid passport is also required. The tool pusher will be responsible for: Supervising all drilling related operations as per Company drilling programs. Answering to the OIM on a daily basis and completing daily report and records. Plan, calculate and supervise the running of casing, and installations. Be responsible for Health & safety standards Policies and Procedures. Demonstrate leadership Skills. Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to direct reports, and manage their efforts so as to maximize their contribution to operational effectiveness and performance. Be an effective problem solver.
