This is a great opportunity for a Captain to take on a Vessel working for one of the “New Breed” of drilling contractors. Although small, this organization have big plans to expand their fleet and to become market leaders in the excellent service they provide to their clients. The role will initially be based in Singapore shipyard, moving on to off the coast of India. You will be the Captain of a newly refurbished Drillship working in the Indian Ocean. As the Captain, you will be responsible for all marine operations including safety, training, and maintaining the ship over the drilling location using DP systems. You will also be responsible for planned maintenance and stability. You will have a Certificate of Competency class I licence, and STCW95 qualifications. You will have worked for at least 2 years as Captain of an offshore Drilling Vessel or Semi-Submersible rig. It is essential that you have DP experience.
