This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rig Manager (5 years minimum) to work for one of the leading onshore drilling companies in the world. They have an excellent record for Health and safety, and there are substantial opportunities for career progression. The rig manager will be responsible for the safe, economic, and effective running of the rig, dealing with wages, holidays, and travel arrangements as well as the more practical aspects. These include dealing with the day to day needs of the crew and their training. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to demonstrate and promote safety and well being of the crew. Be an adapt problem solver and must have strong communication skills. In addition to 5 years experience, you must have a valid well control certificate at supervisory level (Such as IWCF or IADC or equivalent) and valid passport are required.
