The Rig Manager/ Area Manager is responsible for the profit and operational management of all activities related to the operator contract, and also has the responsibility for health, work environment and safety. The Rig Manager/ Area Manager makes sure all operations are run in accordance with Ability Drilling’s guidelines, the customer’s specifications as well as government laws and regulations. The Rig Manager/ Area Manager establishes, implements, follows up and updates the KS-system of the division and makes sure all operations are consistent with the same system. The Rig Manager/ Area Manager prepares the budget, the working plan/timetable and is to ensure that all unities in the various departments are successful in reaching the explicitly stated objectives and working plan. The Rig Manager/ Area Manager identifies, implements, follows up and measures the results of the necessary actions in order to reach the departments goals, including contract obligations
